Adobe officially discontinued the sale of CS6 years ago. If you find a website selling a "brand new" license key for CS6, it is almost certainly a scam or a resold volume license that violates Adobe’s Terms of Service. While you might occasionally find legitimate second-hand physical copies on auction sites (with transferable licenses), they are rare and often come with installation headaches.
