The Waiting Place
Technically speaking, the "Kiss and Cry" is a dedicated area adjacent to the ice rink. It is typically furnished with a bench or chairs, a table for the coaches’ notes and water bottles, and a backdrop often adorned with the logos of sponsors or the event organizer.
