Huawei E173 Driver Windows 10

Windows 10 often fails to automatically "switch" the device. It stays stuck in CD-ROM mode, or it installs a generic USB mass storage driver that doesn't know how to talk to the modem part. Furthermore, official drivers from Huawei’s website (often dated 2012) are not digitally signed for Windows 10, leading to installation failures.
