Given the driver complexity, why use Pulse 3D on PC?
This is intentional—the Chat channel uses 16 kHz mono audio to prioritize voice clarity over music quality. Fix: This is not a bug. Do not use the Chat device for music or game sound. Reassign your apps via Windows Sound Mixer. Sony Pulse 3d Windows Drivers--
