Choose a version of macOS that supports your Intel UHD Graphics 730. Generally, more recent versions of macOS offer better support for Intel's 11th and 12th Gen processors.

As of macOS Sonoma (14.x) and the upcoming macOS 15, Apple has removed even more Intel code. Future releases will likely drop support for all Intel GPUs older than 2019. There will be no "magic update" that adds UHD 730 support. Apple is done with Intel innovation.
