If your camera is stuck on a boot loop or you installed wrong firmware:
Enter the camera's IP address into a web browser (Internet Explorer/Mozilla Firefox are recommended for compatibility). Maintenance Menu: Log in and navigate to Configuration > System > Maintenance > Upgrade Click "Browse" to select the digicap.dav file, then click "Upgrade". The camera will automatically restart.
