Pc-98 Bios

A critical component containing the bitmap glyphs for Japanese characters (Jisyo), allowing the BIOS to render complex text before an OS even loads. Sound BIOS:

While original hardware decays, the BIOS lives on in emulators. Every time Neko Project II loads that bios.rom file, it resurrects NEC’s proprietary vision.
