The Bosch SIMOS (Siemens Motronic System) 7.1A is an engine management system developed through a collaboration between Siemens VDO and Bosch. Despite the "Bosch" branding, it carries the DNA of Siemens’ robust hardware architecture. It is a 32-bit ECU designed primarily for naturally aspirated and turbocharged 4-cylinder engines.
