Sprint Layout 7.0 excels at double-sided designs with through-hole and SMD components. It supports vias, and you can print each layer separately for DIY toner-transfer or photo-resist etching.

Use the ruler tool (bottom toolbar) to measure distances. Manufacturers have minimum trace/space rules (e.g., 6mil/6mil). Sprint Layout 7.0 does not enforce this by default, so check manually. Use the ruler tool (bottom toolbar) to measure distances
Sprint Layout 7.0 includes a "Teardrop" tool (under Route > Teardrops ). This adds small fillets where traces meet pads. It improves mechanical strength and electrical reliability. Always run this before Gerber export.
: Allows for the management of component identifiers and values directly on the layout, alongside a built-in library of common through-hole and SMD footprints.
