You are looking for a .zip or .rar file containing a folder named models . Inside, there will be awp.mdl , awp_v.mdl , and awp_w.mdl (World, View, and Player models).
Note: w_awp.mdl is the world model (what others see on the ground), and p_awp.mdl is the player model (what you look like holding it). Realistically, Valve will never introduce official AWP skins to CS 1.6. The game’s engine (GoldSrc) is archaic. The sprite-based rendering cannot support the high-resolution texture mapping that modern skins require.
