Older Portlock v6 ISOs are BIOS-only. Use Portlock v8 or newer. If you have an older version, disable Secure Boot and enable "Legacy Boot" / CSM in BIOS. Or use Rufus to write the ISO in "UEFI:NTFS" mode. Use Portlock v8 or newer
