Flibustier uses a variation of the activation. Instead of a 180-day KMS cycle, KMS38 activates Windows until the year 2038 (Unix time bomb limit). To the user, this looks like a permanent license.

Flibustier’s ISO uses an autounattend.xml file that skips the Microsoft Account requirement, skips Cortana voice training, and creates a local "Admin" account by default. Installation takes 7 minutes on an NVMe drive.
