Patch 3.5 — Pesedit.com 2009

This was the patch’s crown jewel. Gone were the generic faces. Patch 3.5 included custom 3D face models for over 1,000 players. From the scowl of Wayne Rooney to the hair of David Beckham, the realism was unprecedented for 2009.

The patch added a sound module that played real fan chants for specific clubs (e.g., “You’ll Never Walk Alone” at Liverpool, “Hala Madrid” at Real Madrid). It also fixed the repetitive commentary by adding hundreds of missing player name calls. Pesedit.com 2009 Patch 3.5
