After the Hot Coffee controversy, Rockstar reissued the game (v2.0) which literally deleted code. They removed the ability to mod, changed the mission "Supply Lines" to make it unnecessarily hard, and scrubbed PG-13 sexual references. The v1.0 still contains the dormant code (accessible only via mods, for historians).
