Given the game’s age and low cost of official DLC during sales, the utility of an unlocker is marginal. For preservationists or offline-only players, a memory patcher in a sandboxed environment is the lowest-risk approach. For online play, the only reliable and ethical method is legitimate purchase or using server-side DLC mutators.

These are frequently "greylisted," meaning that while they work, they often disable perk progression and experience (XP) gain while active.
