Right-click on the button and select Device Manager . Look for a section named "Other Devices." You should see your Miracle Box listed with a (or COM4, COM5)
Open the Miracle Box casing (if out of warranty). Look for the main IC. If it says PL2303 , use Prolific drivers. If it says CH340 , do NOT use SU2Serial; use CH341SER instead. Right-click on the button and select Device Manager
You can usually find the within the main Miracle Box installation folder (often labeled SU2_Driver or USB_Driver ). If it is not there, download the specific SU2 Miracle Box driver pack from a trusted GSM forum or the official Miracle Team support page. Ensure you download the version compatible with your Windows architecture (32-bit or 64-bit).
Note the COM port number. You must select this exact COM port inside the Miracle Box software under Settings > Port Configuration .
