Manually edit the netac78x.inf file. Find the section [Manufacturer] and add your device’s hardware ID (find it in Device Manager under Details → Hardware Ids). Re-save and reinstall with driver signature enforcement disabled (hold Shift while clicking Restart → Troubleshoot → Startup Settings → Disable driver signature enforcement).
