Technically, no. Xmind is proprietary. However, if you absolutely cannot afford a license, consider switching to or Logseq (which has excellent mind mapping via plug-ins). These are open source and require no license key at all. But they will not have Xmind’s polish, Pitch Mode, or Gantt view.
