Create a Box. Scale it 200% in X. Add a Bend modifier. The bend looks squashed. Why? The modifier reads the scaled transform. Solution: Utilities > Reset XForm before adding modifiers.

Working on a high-poly mesh and need to check the low-poly version? Click the button (the light bulb) to "Pin" the stack. You can now select other objects while keeping the pinned object's modifiers visible for reference.

Holding while clicking an object unselects it from the current selection. This is the opposite of Ctrl+Click (add).
