Canon: Imagerunner 2420 Scanner Driver

The Canon imageRUNNER 2420 is a multi-function printer (MFP) designed for small to medium workgroups. While it functions as a printer, copier, and fax, its —not the printer driver. A critical distinction is that the iR2420 does not support network scanning (SMB/FTP/email) out of the box. Scanning is only possible via a TWAIN or WIA driver over a USB connection to a single computer.

Note: The “UFR II LT” printer driver does enable scanning. The TWAIN driver is a separate download.
